Participants / Competitors

NOTE: ALL LICENSES EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31 OF THE YEAR ISSUED.

No person under the age of eighteen (18) years of age shall be licensed in the state of Alabama.

Blood borne pathogen testing shall be conducted within (365) days of an Event and provided to the Office of the AAC. Legible lab work is required. Screen shots and unreadable documents will not be accepted and will be rejected.

When applying for a license, please submit the following items:

  • Completed Application (including Social Security Number)
  • A clear copy of Citizenship – Legal Presence Documents
  • Application Fee
